Oil-free Silent Air System by Dürr Technik

The Silent Air System is a portable soundproofing box including a small ready-for-connection compressor unit.

Quiet equipment is essential at measuring workplaces or laboratories and also in the medical sector or chiropody. Permanent noise pollution disturbs concentration, reduces work efficiency and may cause illness.

The oil-free Silent Air System by Dürr Technik has an extremely low noise pressure level between 44 dB(A) and 49 dB(A). This is similar to the noise of a refrigerator one meter away. The compressor delivers oil-free compressed air up to 35 l/min at a pressure of 5 bar. The built-in fan ensures a 100% duty cycle. The Silent Air System can be used everywhere due to its compact dimensions of only 400 x 333 x 320 mm.

There is an easy plug & play because of the quick release coupling in the cabinet and a cable with a mains plug. Convenient mobility is guaranteed by a standard handle and an optional trolley.

The tried-and-tested oil-free and maintenance-free A-025, A-038 or A-062 compressors are offered. The Silent Air System has a 3 l pressure tank and an automatic condensate drain. The manometer can be read easily from outside the box. A pressure switch, a safety valve, a return valve, a high temperature compressed air hose and an on/off switch complete the Silent Air System and make it into an attractive product with a wide variety of applications.
